Our Corporate Suites are
perfect for business trips or vacations to Anchorage no
matter how long the stay. Over 150 companies regularly use
our facility, including oil companies, law firms, accounting
firms, hospitals, federal and state government executives,
banks, university staff, etc. Our Corporate Suites are an
excellent alternative to hotel living. Come visit and see
for yourself! • 1. All utilities
are paid, including free cable TV
service. • 2. DIRECT DIAL
PHONE SERVICE AVAILABLE. To be billed extra. Free
local calls. • 3. Standard
30-day notice will be waived. Two weeks notice to
vacate required. • 4. Monthly
billing for services rendered, with approval of
office. • 5. Cleaning
services included in prices below are "standard
clean" which provides 2 hours cleaning per week.
Final cleaning costs upon move-out (including
carpet and/or furniture shampoo, etc.) to be billed
extra as required. Any extraordinary weekly
cleaning (over the 2 hours allotted) will be billed
extra. • 6. ONE MONTH
MINIMUM • 7. "Short Term"
rental rate will apply, if more than one month and
less than three months occupancy. If Lessee
terminates occupancy on or before three months from
the date of move-in, the sum of a. $300 per month
rent will be due and payable in addition to the
monthly rental sum stated below if move in is
during the period April 15 - September 15,
and b. $100 per month
rent will be due and payable in addition to the
monthly rental sum stated below if move in is
during the period September 16 - April
